Affinity Villas are nestled in a quiet tranquil cul-de-sac in the town of Maxwell on the SouthCoast.
The three, newly refurbished villas are individually and tastefully decorated with separate verandah and outside seating. The villas share a swimming pool, spacious garden, barbecue and separate laundry facility. The property also has parking for three cars.
Each villa is fully equipped for a comfortable, modern self-catering lifestyle and includes telephone access via locally provided mobile phones, TV, sattelite and home cinema system. The main bedroom in each apartment is air-conditioned, with ceiling fans elsewhere.

is one of 12 apartments in a block of newly built condominiums situated acroos the road from Silver Sands Beach. It is 10 minutes from Oistins on one side and 10 minutes from the airport on the other.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor with a stunning view of the sea from the balcony. It is best suited to adults and couples. There is a jacuzzi on the roof and the facilities of the Silver Sands hotel are not far away. Although there is only one bedroom in the apartment, the lounge has a double sofa bed and an additional single sofa bed is also available. You will be able to savour the peace and quiet of the area while at the same time be in easy reach of the lively local nightlife should you wish.
